HereĀ is a vintage 1973 Fender Telecaster Deluxe electric guitar. I own a 1975 Fender Telecaster Deluxe, and I can tell you that these guitars can sing. Currently, they are selling for $2,000-$3,000 depending on condition. Some models have a thick layer of laquer and paint, but these natural finish beauties are simply stunning. From what I can tell, Fender Guitars wanted a guitar that could rival the power of a Gibson Les Paul, so Fender hired Seth Lover (Inventor of the Humbucker) to build some really fat humbuckers for these Telecaster Deluxe models. These humbuckers are amazing. They are fatter than most humbuckers, and they give this guitar some massive power.

I’ve provided some more pictures below, but please take note of the fact that this Telecaster has a Stratocaster headstock, and there is no cereal number of the headstock. Fun Fact: Fender did not begin placing serial numbers on headstocks until 1976. Well, enjoy the picks!
